Homeshare London is an award-winning service run by the charity London Care Connections (LCC).

On 31 January 2008 LCC merged with the national charity Vitalise.

Homeshare and our other home care services will now be provided as part of the Vitalise range of services, with the same high standard of care you expect from us.
